The main focus is to help managers/senior executives to internalize the training objectives through a simulated manufacturing entity. It is a fun and engaging learning experience utilizing LEGO as the learning medium.​ Participants will be “forced” to make important and timely decisions, which will have enormous impact to the team that they are leading or being part of. Ability of participants adapting to changes is a must for teams to evolve to be successful or lose out in the competition.
